I really liked this video because it showed different foods and their affects on your health. It was surprising to see what foods they recommended, but once they explained them, it was really interesting. Who knew that red meat, pizza, and ice cream would be beneficial to your health! I guess moderation in all things, right?
I also love watching videos on health.It allows you to have a visual with the knowledge that you learn about different foods as well. Knowing that these people were food experts when talking about these helpful hints as well helped me realize that eating these foods would actually benefit my health. Videos are always great!
